Shop Online & Become a Member
Browse our selection of natural, eco-friendly products:
- All products are natural, free from harsh chemicals, and safe for your family and the environment
- We currently carry all products in mason jars measuring one quart (32 oz or 0.95 L).
Place your order:
- Create an account to track your orders and container deposits
- Your order will be delivered by zone (Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast or Central Calgary). Zone delivery days listed below.
- All deliveries will be between Noon-8:00pm
Become a member of our community:
- Membership includes free lifetime delivery, initial container set up, no order obligation, and access to all our promotions and new products
- The membership does not represent a subscription or commitment. Order as frequently or infrequently as you like.

We Prepare Your Order
Behind the Scenes at Doorstep Refillery
- We Receive and Prepare Your Order
- Quality checks are performed to verify product selection and container integrity
- We carefully pack your products in reusable cotton totes to ensure safe delivery
- Each jar is identified with a colored band indicating the product category:
- Red bands: Kitchen/Dish products
- Blue bands: Laundry products
- Green bands: Cleaning products
- Yellow bands: Personal care items

We Deliver To Your Door
Convenient delivery schedule:
- Northwest Calgary: Monday deliveries
- Northeast Calgary: Tuesday deliveries
- Southwest Calgary: Wednesday deliveries
- Southeast Calgary: Thursday deliveries
- Central Calgary: Friday deliveries
Delivery experience:
- Receive a notification when your delivery is on its way
- Your products arrive in a reusable cotton tote
- Deliveries are made within a 2-hour window
- No need to be home – just let us know where to leave your order

Return & Refill
Simple container return process:
- Use and enjoy your products
- When you're ready for more, simply rinse out your empty containers
- Place empties outside on your next delivery day
- We'll collect your empties and leave fresh, filled containers
No container tracking hassle:
- No need to keep track of specific containers – we track by quantity
- Simply return the same number of containers as your new order
